Hi!  I’m Erin, I’m a Jyotishi (Vedic Astrologer), C-IAYT Yoga Therapist, and an Ayurveda Health Coach.  I have been sharing the benefits of health, healing, and wellness for over 25 years. I am a lifelong student of the Vedas.

I began my journey into the Vedic Sciences with Yoga in 1999 in the lineage of Sri Krisnamacharya and Desikachar (Chennai, India), Yoga Therapy with Gary Kraftsow, 2002-2006. Ayurveda with Dr. Lad (Pune, India), and Laura Plumb. Jyotisha (sidereal Vedic Astrology) in the tradition of Hart de Fouw, Dr. Lad, Kaya Mindlin, and I hold a certificate in  Embodied Jyotisha with Saraswati Miller.  My third trip to India was a spiritual pilgrimage to India and Nepal with Sevanti Adventures.

A Self-emPOWERment Dharma Coach, specializing in guiding women and mothers who are navigating divorce with the support of the Divine Feminine through self-love, strength, and courage, I help you find your dharma (purpose) after divorce. Using the tools of the Vedas through Jyotisa (the Science of Light), Yoga Therapy, and Ayurvedic Nutrition.  My mission is to empower women and mothers of divorce to take charge of their health through nutritious food choices, mindful lifestyle practices, and spiritual fulfillment. I believe that nourishment is physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.  My other mission is to educate Yoga and Ayurveda practitioners on the importance of Jyotisha for their dharmic purpose to enhance their self-knowledge through “the eye of the Vedas”.  I believe every yoga teacher training would benefit from a Jyotisha component.
